Our employees are our main focus

At Sycor, our employees are valued as people, not just workers. We actively shape our working environment in such a way that employees enjoy coming to work. We support each and every Sycorian!

The express mission of our Human Resources Department is to recruit highly qualified, extremely motivated and self-dependent employees and managers, to coach them, foster their growth and actively support them at every stage of their career with us. For us, this doesn't involve any rigid rules. Instead, our human resources policy responds flexibly to the various life stages, ages and diverse needs of our employees. More than anything else, our Human Resources Department acts as a partner and advisor to our employees and managers. The HR team is always at their side when it comes to social, legal and development matters. HR also takes active measures to ensure that all employees and managers are familiar with Sycor's Values and Guidelines and Leadership guidelines and put them into practice.
