Sycor will be represented at the European edition of the Customer Engagement and Commerce trade fair (formerly CRM) organized by Wellesley Information Services. The trade fair is being held on June 14-16 at the RAI Convention Centre Amsterdam.
Patrick Hey, Head of Customer Engagement and Commerce at Sycor, will be giving a presentation on the topic "Boost customer satisfaction by enhancing SAP Hybris with offline capabilities and performance augmentation". He is also sharing his knowledge related to the digitalization of sales processes during the expert session. The focus is on two new add-ons for SAP Hybris this year: the Sycor.OfflineAccelerator and the Sycor.CC-Connector.
With the Sycor.OfflineAccelerator, Sycor makes the SAP Hybris online shop offline capable – and even permits the continued use of the shopping basket. The principle behind the solution is simple: All pages already viewed online are cached and can still be displayed even when an Internet connection is no longer available. The solution also reveals its strengths when the network bandwidth is low: It only updates the data, such as the price, while drawing the other page elements from the cache. Thus the solution contributes to convenient and fast surfing.
The Sycor.CC-Connector for SAP Customer Engagement und Commerce in turn permits the seamless integration of CATALOGcreator® into existing SAP Hybris platforms. This makes replacement parts procurement faster, more efficient, and especially less error-prone for online shop users. With CATALOGcreator®, replacement parts are not merely listed by product numbers but – the major additional benefit of this solution – shown graphically. A customer searching for replacement parts can simply call up the product in question and identify the correct replacement part using graphical navigation.
