The organizers responded quickly and appropriately to the altered basic conditions. With the launch of Dynamics365 by Microsoft and the convergence of the ERP and CRM products in the fall of 2016, it was clear that further development of the eXtremeCRM trade fair would also be essential. It has always been the goal of the organizer to establish a platform for the exchange of experiences between partners for Microsoft Dynamics CRM since the first event in 2010 in Las Vegas. Now in the year 2017, the event has a different name (eXtremeCRM became eXtreme365) and, in addition to the "partner" participant target group, it is immediately followed by two additional days exclusively for customers. Technical topics such as D365 for Operations, flow, apps, and many more have been added in terms of content. The new format has been well accepted: More than 700 participants gathered in Lisbon in mid-March, and also nearly 30 solution providers (ISVs). A perfect opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the latest developments and the best partner solutions, enabling us to continue providing optimum consulting services for our customers and prospects. Sycor was once again represented as a participant this year, and brought back lots of news for our customers and prospects. The most important insight is that Microsoft is consistently pursuing the convergence of the previously independent ERP and CRM products under the product name Dynamics365.
