Permanently appointed experts who are familiar with the business processes of our customers are available under a central hotline number or via e-mail. All activities are recorded and documented in a call management tool. Upon request, this tool can also be made available to you for data entry and status tracking via the Internet. Integration in customer tools for documentation or change management is possible as well. Regular service reporting that covers calls, costs and optimization potential makes controlling easier for IT and company management.
Our SAP application support is available to our customers from Monday through Friday – except on statutory holidays in Lower Saxony, on Christmas Eve and on New Year's Eve – from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CET). Within this window, our experts accept incoming inquiries and respond to them according to established priority levels – within one hour for priority 1 problems that are critical for your business.
