Introduction of Microsoft Dynamics AX

Ratioform Verpackungen GmbH, a dealer specializing in shipping packaging, took advantage of Sycor's know-how for the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics AX (now Dynamics 365 for Operations) for its departments, order fulfillment, financial accounting, and cost accounting. We made custom adaptations for the order workflow, in receiving and difference processing, and we integrated special conditions for customers. We also handled the integration of LVS, the online shop, the CRM system, and BottomLine.

OCS Distribution Deutschland AG

Microsoft Dynamics AX Implementation with an interface to the AX system of its Russian branch

OCS Distribution is a distributor of software, hardware, and network components. We implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX (now Dynamics 365 for Operations) with a unilateral interface to the system of the Russian branch and manage the system. The financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and storage modules were introduced. Incoming delivery notes, incoming invoices, and orders are imported via the interface to the AX system in Russia. Furthermore, we implemented partially automated data processing and management of invoices without goods.

Sächsische Landeskontrollverband e.V.

Implementation and Migration

German company, Sächsischer Landeskontrollverband e.V. offers laboratory services for agricultural companies, sale of ear tags, and livestock management, among other things. We first implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX 2.1 and then performed the migration to AX 4.0 and later to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2. With our help Microsoft Dynamics AX (now Dynamics 365 for Operations) is now positioned as the central accounting and management system, including various interfaces to special laboratory systems.

The accounts receivable and accounts payable, storage, and financial and assets accounting modules are used. We integrated the VVVO (German Cattle Commerce Directive) and the MLP (German Milk Production Inspection). The overall system was consolidated as an "industry solution".

Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 Implementation

With Landeskontrollverband Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. (laboratory services for agricultural companies, sale of ear tags, and livestock management), we introduced Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (now Dynamics 365 for Operations) R2 (the system version of the Sächsischer Landeskontrollverband e.V.) and established it as the management system for compliance with the German Cattle Commerce Directive (VVVO).

Management of POLO's Microsoft Dynamics AX solution

We manage POLO's existing Microsoft Dynamics AX solution (financial accounting, storage, accounts receivables and accounts payables) and have advanced the functional structure systematically. POLO Motorrad develops and sells motorcycle apparel and technology and is one of the industry's leading suppliers with 700 employees.

Management of Werner's Microsoft Dynamics AX solution

Werner GmbH, a specialty wholesaler for products from the areas of cable TV networks, satellite reception, passive components for the electronics industry, and measuring devices for the electrical industry, has us manage its Microsoft Dynamics AX solution. The financial accounting, storage, and accounts receivable and accounts payable modules are used. We created custom developments for the shipping modules and for project prices in the order.
