IT service provider Sycor opens location in Bielefeld

In order to further improve its service in the fields of digitalization and CRM, the Göttingen IT service provider Sycor is expanding its customer engagement and commerce expertise. At the branch opened in Bielefeld on January 1, 2017, an effective e-business team is working on the implementation of highly integrated SAP Hybris systems for modern sales. It also provides consulting on all digitalization matters for midsize enterprises in the B2B and B2C segments.

"We have already completed several customer projects in the Westphalia region, where we are supporting numerous existing customers. Thus it quickly became clear in the course of our strategic growth that we wanted to expand our customer engagement and commerce expertise in North Rhine-Westphalia," explains Patrick Hey, Head of Customer Engagement and Commerce at Sycor. Philipp Stickling, manager of the Bielefeld branch, adds: "With this location, we are establishing the basis for successful, direct collaboration with our customers. We are very pleased to now also offer our SAP Hybris expertise on site in a highly dynamic and future-oriented region."

Founding the new location is part of the Sycor Group's strategic growth. It has assembled teams in Greven, Cologne, Nuremberg and Offenburg over the last few months. A further branch in Freiburg is being opened in the spring of 2017. In addition to the e-business field, Sycor offers solutions in the areas of ERP, CRM, ECM, unified communications, software asset management, security, and networks. Cloud, on-premise, or hybrid solutions are implemented in accordance with customer requirements.
