The two globally active IT firms Sycor and Allgeier Enterprise Services, part of Allgeier SE, are planning a merger.
The Sycor Group has set its sights on continued growth, and the outlook for a successful financial year is promising. Several important customer projects and new customer acquisitions are currently in the works.
Sycor will be on site in Marburg as an exhibitor at the ORDAT User Conference on 20 - 21 June 2018. Interested FOSS users will have the opportunity to learn first hand from our ECM experts how they can digitalize important business processes and improve their service level.
The digitalization service provider Sycor has a new Microsoft competency: Sycor now holds the "Gold Cloud Productivity" partner status. This along with two other important Microsoft cloud competencies – "Gold Cloud Platform" and "Gold Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions" – represents established cloud know-how and corresponding experience in successful customer projects.
The Göttingen-based service provider for digital transformation Sycor increased its number of employees by 100 thanks to organic growth in the past financial year. With over 750 employees, Sycor's annual sales grew by almost 20 percent to EUR 85.1 million. This positive result is due on the one hand to the overall favorable economic situation, and on the other hand to the successful integration of the new employees.
The cloud is an important element for companies in shaping the digital transformation. We consult, implement, integrate, and operate on-premise, cloud, and hybrid scenarios for our customers. In doing so, we work hand in hand with trustworthy partners such as Deutsche Telekom.
Last week, Microsoft and SAP announced they are expanding their partnership. Following the in-memory database SAP HANA, the ERP suite S/4HANA is now also being offered on Azure, the Microsoft cloud platform. This development can be seen as a strategic move against the cloud market leader Amazon on the one hand, but on the other hand end customers in particular benefit from this cooperation between the two IT firms. An overview.
Sycor continues to pursue its growth strategy. The IT service provider based in Göttingen was able to recruit more than 50 new employees within six months. Currently the Sycor Group has over 700 employees worldwide. At the beginning of August, 16 new trainees joined the company that earned the Great Place to Work® award.
