SAP certifies Sycor as "Partner Center of Expertise"
Following an extensive examination, Sycor was named a "Partner Center of Expertise" and is now a certified provider of support services for SAP® Business All-in-One and SAP Business Objects™ solutions.
Sycor is now a "Partner Center of Expertise" of SAP Germany. This certification is the result of an examination for Channel Partners of SAP and is awarded for a period of two years. With this seal of quality, "Partner Center of Expertise", SAP Germany confirms that Sycor meets all necessary requirements for providing customers with high-quality support services for SAP® Business All-in-One and SAP BusinessObjects™ solutions. "This certification reflects our high quality commitment and shows our customers how seriously we take high-quality service and support," says Dr. Steffen Gremler, member of management of SYCOR GmbH.
As part of the certification process, the performance capacity of the entire support infrastructure of Sycor was validated, and checked to what extent it complies with the support standards of SAP. Aside from all service and support processes, the performance of support staff was also examined. To meet the criteria of the certification, Sycor uses the SAP Solution Manager as a central element in its service and support infrastructure. In addition, Sycor provides customers with individual and personal support as well as a variety of support models that are especially tailored to the specific requirements of the customers. The certification as "Partner Center of Expertise" was introduced by SAP to ensure that customers receive qualified support of the highest level in connection with SAP-related services. It also stands for a high solution rate and availability as well as guaranteed standard procedures for escalation management. The certification will become mandatory for all partner companies that sell, provide and render compliant processes for customer support.
