The Sycor Group has set its sights on continued growth, and the outlook for a successful financial year is promising. Several important customer projects and new customer acquisitions are currently in the works.
The Göttingen-based service provider for digital transformation Sycor increased its number of employees by 100 thanks to organic growth in the past financial year. With over 750 employees, Sycor's annual sales grew by almost 20 percent to EUR 85.1 million. This positive result is due on the one hand to the overall favorable economic situation, and on the other hand to the successful integration of the new employees.
What counts for harmonizing the CRM landscape in a company? Aside from selecting and implementing the software, user training is crucial for project success. That is why the pharmaceuticals company Teva with its ratiopharm brand in Germany and the Mepha brand in Switzerland chose training and support from SYCOR mbs GmbH for its rollout in the DACH region. Sycor also provided training for the introduction of a new telephone system in Customer Care.
Sycor mbs GmbH has succeeded in upgrading its Microsoft Silver competency in the field of "Application Development" to the Gold status.
Sycor continues to pursue its growth strategy. The IT service provider based in Göttingen was able to recruit more than 50 new employees within six months. Currently the Sycor Group has over 700 employees worldwide. At the beginning of August, 16 new trainees joined the company that earned the Great Place to Work® award.
Sycor China, a subsidiary of the Sycor Group, is a new member of the worldwide AXpact partner network. The experts focus on implementation projects and roll outs of global templates to China. The Sycor Group from Göttingen has been an AXpact member since May 2016.
In February Sycor already took first place in the Great Place to Work® competition "Best Employers in Lower Saxony-Bremen 2017" in the size class of companies with more than 250 employees.
